Summary of MiniShop Retailer License Agreement

You must agree to the MiniShop Retailer License Agreements to get a MiniShop. Here is a summary of the most important points in the agreement.

MiniShop Service: You get (a);

  • RedAntenna  Account, with login and password
  • Embed Code for custom MiniShop
  • Free email support.
  • The MiniShop can be embedded on an unlimited number of websites

Prices: a one-time setup fee of $19,95 USD. and a monthly subscription of  $18 USD or $25 USD. ( both excl.VAT). Subscription fees are paid upfront every three months and are automatically charged to your registered debit or credit card. If the transaction is not approved, we will send you and email asking you to update your payment information. You can always cancel your subscription plan in your Dashboard.

Clearing Copyrights: You, not us, are responsible for clearing all appropriate rights for your products.

Products: You can sell your own music or music others have authorized for resale.

Earnings: RedAntenna does not earn anything on your sales and pay all profits to you. However RedAntenna retains the transaction fee for the payment gateway and applicable KODA/NCB.

Payment: we send you monthly statements and pay you monthly. Min. payout is 150Dkr

KODA/NCB and payment gateway; You are included in RedAntenna’s master agreements and promise to conduct business according to the terms of service dictated by these partnerships.

RedAntenna does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Modification to service and prices: we reserve the right to make changes to all parts of this agreement with 30days notice.

Termination and cancellation: You, and we, can end this agreement at anytime, without notice.

  • You allow others sell your music on your terms, unless you tell us not to.
  • You do NOT transfer any ownership to RedAntenna or any rights to your music.
  • You Own Your Content. We Own Our Data.
  • You Set The PPD price and We Send You Statements and Payments Each Month
  • We reserve the right to make changes to all parts of this agreement with 30days notice.
  • You promise us that you have cleared and/or own all the appropriate rights for the music you list for sale, through RedAntenna.
  • You, and we can terminate this agreement and take down you products at anytime, without notice.
