Getting Started

What does RedAntenna do?

RedAntenna is a plug’n'play MiniShop application, which lets you sell music downloads directly from your excisting websites. It lets you upload your music, customize your design, accept credit card payments, track visits and completely automatically fulfill purchase orders.

What doesn’t RedAntenna do?

RedAntenna doesn’t allow you to sell physical products such as cd’s. (but we are working on it.) We do also not pay taxes on your behalf, so you are responsible for required taxes in your country.

How do I install RedAntenna?

Use our “Click-to-Install” buttons which automatically installs your MiniShop on your Blogger, Wordpress and MySpace pages, or use copy/paste your MiniShop code directly into your websites html. You don’t need any programming experience and your can always ask us to help you.

What do I need in order to start selling?

You need:

  • Your music in a digital format. (Optimally studio quality .wav or High quality .MP3)
  • A background image. (Optimally 300px wide by 280px high)
  • Your album cover art. (Optimally 600px wide by 600px high)
  • (advanced versions only) A valid credit card to pay for your MiniShop
  • A bank account where we can deposit your earnings

Can I use the MiniShop with my current websites?

Yes! Your MiniShop integrates beautifully into most existing site.. Your customers will enjoy a seamless integration between your website and your MiniShop. If you have a flash website you need a programmer to help you with the integration.

Which countries and currencies are usable with RedAntenna?

As a default setting, fans from the entire world can buy music from your MiniShop, but you can choose to exclude certain countries if you want. Prices are currently available in USD and DKK. However let us know which currencies you would like us to add and we will do it ASAP.

Which languages are supported?

The administrative interface of a shop is in English, but the storefront, checkout, email communications, etc, of a shop can be in any language.

Designing Your Shop

Do I need to be a designer/programmer to change my shop design?

Not at all! RedAntenna’s MiniShop Editor allows you to change the look of your MiniShop with a graphical interface that is easy to use.

Can I change the background image?

You can upload a background image personalize your MiniShop. The background should be 300px wide and 280px high and be a .png or .jpg.

How many time can I make changes to my design?

You can always go back to tweak or change your design in the MiniShop Design Editor. You can change it as much as you want, as often you want.

Accepting payments

What methods of payment can my customers use?

Your buyerss can pay you with any major payment or creditcard. VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Dankort, Carte Bleue and many more are being added all the time.

How does RedAntenna pay me?

RedAntenna makes monthly payout of amounts over $50 directly to your bank account. Click the payout button in your Dashboard and enter your bank information. If your account hold less that $50 we will pass your earnings on to next month. You can always manually request a payout of amounts less that $50, but we will charge your 3 dollars to do this.

What is a payment gateway?

A payment gateway is a service that authorizes credit card payments and processes them securely. RedAntenna is using Pensio.com for this.If you think we should add additional way to pay you, we’d like to hear which one.

Can I accept funds manually?

Everything is automated to make the shop run itself, but that also mean that we do not have the additional feature to accept money manually from a 3rd party, unless it’s because they buy something in your MiniShop

Orders and Support

What do I do when I get an order?

You don’t have to do anything. Everything runs automatically, and you can keep track of your sales in your Dashboard. The download is available to the buyer, when the buyers payment is accepted by our payment gateway.If there should occur a problem with the download the buyer can contract RedAntenna support team, who will help to solve the problem. Support is available within Danish normal working hours.

Your Account

How much does RedAntenna cost?

Basic version is free! But we also have several pricing plans of advanced products for you to choose from in order to best suit you.

How can I pay?

You will need a Visa, Mastercard or American Express to pay for your online store.

How do I get billed?

We will automatically charge your card three month subscription every three months. Every time we are about to renew your account we will send you an email notice the week before, and a receipt of your new purchase. You can cancel your account anytime by writing an email to support@redantenna.com.
